Timberland Bancorp to Present at the Super Community BankingConference

Timberland Bank, today announced that Michael R. Sand, President and
CEO, and Dean J. Brydon, CFO, are scheduled to present at the Super
Community Banking Conference in San Francisco. Timberlands
presentation is on Thursday, September 6, 2007, at 5:25 p.m. PDT.
On July 24, 2007, Timberland reported record third quarter earnings
per share led by strong loan growth, ongoing share repurchases and
excellent asset quality. Timberland increased its diluted earnings
per share 11% to $0.31 compared to $0.28 per share in the third
quarter of fiscal 2006. Net income for the quarter ended June 30,
2007, increased 4% year over year and 12% from the quarter
immediately prior. Fiscal third quarter net income totaled $2.14
million compared to $2.06 million for the fiscal quarter a year ago
and $1.92 million for the quarter immediately prior. All per share
data has been adjusted to reflect the 2-for-1 stock split in the form
of a 100% dividend paid on June 5, 2007.
